About This Course

This course is aimed for staff who wish to develop leadership to implement a more effective team and culture within the company.

What You’ll Learn

Learners will be able to demonstrate competencies in the following:

  1. Collaborate with team to develop and assess options for an implementation plan to meet organisation service objectives.
  2. Explore new ideas with team to meet the objectives of the imple-mentation plan.
  3. Examine the threats and consequences of possible solutions of the implementation plan.
  4. Assign roles and responsibilities to maximise manpower resource.
  5. Monitor team performance effectively for continuous improvement.
  6. Express ideas and performance to the team using appropriate communication techniques.
  7. Address barriers to communication arising from team diversity.
Eligibility
  • The level of English language proficiency should be at WPLN Level 1.
  • No work experience is required.
