The learner needs to write in to admin@lepls.com to withdraw officially.
For medical or compassionate (next-of-kin only) reasons, refund is 100% less an admin fees of SGD 70
with documentation evidence to be provided by the learner.
Refund will be made within 7 working days upon successful approval.
