About This Course
This course aims to provide learners who are interested in pursuing a skills-based career in the baking food services industry with the necessary expertise in preparing and baking basic cakes.
What You’ll Learn
Learners will be able to:
- Prepare and bake multiple complex cakes using correct baking techniques in a timely manner.
- Identify unique ingredients used in the preparation of cakes.
- Demonstrate different mixing and baking techniques and methods of preparing different types of cakes.
